Meet Ceci Lester…

If you’ve been living with chronic pain and it feels like you’ve already tried everything, I truly get it.

In my 20s, I was in a car accident that left me in pain for years. That experience sent me on a long journey to heal myself — through manual therapy, physical therapy, yoga therapy, breathwork, and a lot of trial and error. Now, in my 60s, I live a very active, full life, and I’ve gained the tools to help others find that same relief.

When medication, physical therapy, or surgery works — wonderful. But if those approaches haven’t given you the relief you need, that’s where my work may help.

I bring over 30 years of experience in physical rehabilitation, manual therapy, and yoga therapy, and I use an integrative, whole-person approach to help people ease chronic pain. With a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and the nervous system, I blend the precision of Western physical therapy with the restorative intelligence of yoga and breathwork.

Sometimes results happen quickly — like Jim, who had suffered with neck and shoulder pain for a year. After one treatment, he felt about 70% better. That doesn’t happen every time, but what does happen is this: we’ll know very quickly whether I’m the right fit to help you. I’m a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Certified Yoga Therapist — and I’ve spent decades weaving together the best of each field to support lasting mobility, balance, and ease.

Every session begins with mindful observation — how you breathe, move, and respond to tension. From there, I design a personalized plan using breath, movement, and manual therapy to calm your nervous system and restore natural mobility.
